Workforce Development

Finding a stable job that pays a decent wage can be extremely difficult, even for the most qualified applicants. However, finding employment with minimal job experience, a lack of marketable skills, or a criminal record can seem impossible. Through CAA’s Workforce Development programs, individuals who experience these barriers to employment can receive the education, training, and assistance they need to earn a decent wage.

Cincinnati Manufacturing Certificate Program (CMC)

CMC program provides a 140 hour Manufacturing Skills Standards training. This course equips students with a Production Technician Certification and improves their skills and knowledge for work in the manufacturing industries.
