Graduates of CAA’s Blueprint for Success program are at work this winter helping local elderly and disabled residents to correct city code violations on the exteriors of their homes through the Compliance Assistance Repairs for the Elderly (CARE) program. The violations are issued by the City of Cincinnati via the Neighborhood Enhancement Program’s (NEP) exterior property condition inspections. Services will include repairs to: leaking roofs, dilapidated porches, unsafe stairs, defective siding and more. Repairs will be made on homes in Avondale, Bond Hill, Clifton Heights, University Heights, Fairview, College Hill, Corryville, Evanston, Kennedy Heights, Madisonville, Mt. Washington, Northside, Over-The-Rhine, Pendleton, Price Hill, and Westwood.
